Accra, March 31, – Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa is set to embark on a three-day state visit to Ghana, from April 1 to April 3, Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama has announced.
President Mahama described the visit as an opportunity to strengthen historic ties between the two nations. “Our countries’ destinies have been linked since the liberation struggles that shaped modern Africa,” he said, highlighting Ghana’s enduring support for Zimbabwe’s independence movement.
The visit, he added, is intended to deepen bilateral cooperation and enhance the strategic partnership between Accra and Harare.
“Welcome to Accra, President Mnangagwa. Let us work together to further our nations’ shared goals,” President Mahama stated.
