Accra, March 29, – The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has attributed the power outages recorded in parts of the Greater Accra Region on Sunday to faults caused by a heavy rainstorm.
In a statement, ECG said its engineers were working to restore power supply to affected areas as quickly as possible.
It advised customers experiencing outages within their premises to contact the Company’s Contact Centre on 0302611611, report to the nearest ECG office, or reach out via its social media platforms @ECGghOfficial.
The Company expressed regret over the inconvenience caused by the disruptions.
