Bolga Naba mourns with Otumfuo

Bolgatanga, Jan. 17, - Naba Raymond Alafia Abilba IV, Paramount Chief of Bolgatanga, is leading a delegation to the Asante Kingdom to mourn with the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

Naba Abilba told the Ghana News Agency in Bolgatanga that the visit was to console the Ashanti king on the demise of his mother Nana Afia Kobi Serwaa Ampem II. 

He said the visit would also strengthen the long standing friendship between the people of Bolgatanga and Asanteman. 

He said the entourage was made of Senior Divisional Chiefs, Sub divisional Chiefs and Members of the Bolgatanga Traditional Council.
