  • Friends, families, and organised groups arrived from midmorning, filling spaces along the shoreline, with patronage rising steadily into the afternoon.
  • Officials of the Ghana Police Service, supported by beach facility staff, managed vehicular and human traffic as attendance peaked.

Safety and Security:
