Seth Noi Tetteh (alias "Wonder"), 20, an Okada rider from Kpone-Tema, and Emmanuel Selasi Munyekor, 20, a driver's mate from Papase-Kasoa, have been charged with conspiracy to rob victims of mobile phones valued at GH¢49,112.
Their alleged accomplice, Sulemana Abdul-Rahaman (alias Mubarak), remains at large.
The court ordered the duo to reappear on February 17, 2026.
Police Investigation Details
Chief Inspector Abigail Offeibea told the court the complainants were police personnel from the Office of the Special Operations Assistant to the Inspector-General of Police.
Dec 24, 2025: Intelligence placed Tetteh and Munyekor, both on police wanted lists, at Ashaiman and Kasoa-Ofankor after robbery series in Accra/Tema.
Tetteh arrested at Ashaiman-Atadeka; confessed to robberies in Afienya, Atadeka, Apollonia, Airport Residential Area, Oyibi, and Adenta.
Jan 27, 2026: Munyekor arrested at Kasoa-Ofaankor based on Tetteh's information.
Weapons recovered: BRUNI pistol (5 rounds), pump-action gun from Abdul-Rahaman's room.
Note: Both suspects face similar charges at Ashaiman Circuit Court.
Police have launched a manhunt for Abdul-Rahaman and other accomplices as investigations continue.
