Otumfuo to Submit Bawku Mediation Report to President Mahama

Accra, Dec. 9, – The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is scheduled to present the final report on the mediation efforts in the Bawku conflict to President John Dramani Mahama on Tuesday, December 16.

A statement issued by Mr. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Presidential Spokesman and Minister of State in charge of Government Communications, said the presentation would take place at 4:00 p.m. at the Presidency in Accra.

The report follows mediation efforts led by Otumfuo Osei Tutu II aimed at finding a lasting resolution to the long-standing conflict in Bawku.
